Rental Rates include set-up of tables and chairs in the barn for 150 guests (additional 50 guests add $150.00). **Ritter farms will set-up and breakdown our equipment. **Renters are responsible for set-up, break down, clean-up and removal of any items brought to the farm. 50% Rental Fee to hold your date (Refundable, less $250.00 rebooking fee if canceled prior to one month of your event)
